Let's have a St. Patrick's Day party! How are you celebrating today? I enjoy all the holidays and like to make it fun with my little one. This year, we had a party and made green cookies together and had our own little party thanks to crafty helper for making this all happen. May luck be on your side today! =)

Andes Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
1 bag of Otto's grain free ultimate cookie mix
Half a stick of butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
10 drops of green food coloring or natural food coloring
Andes mint chocolate (14 pieces)
1 sheet Parchment paper
1 cookie tray

Instructions:
Melt the butter and the mint chocolate in a separate bowl. Combine and mix the egg, with the butter and the Andes chocolate together.
Slowing add the Otto's grain free int o the mixer and mix until dough is formed
Mold the dough into 2 inches and to try with parchment paper Makes 9-10 cookies
Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees
Place cookie in cooling rack for 10 minutes
Enjoy! The best part about making your on dessert is that you know what ingredients you put inside especially if you have any restrictions or allergies.
* You can limit the sugar and add less
* There's natural food coloring alternatives
*Flour substitute such as almond, coconut for heathier alternatives

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!
